The younger kids get prosecuted even less than older kids and adults when it comes to selling drugs - probably a lot of them killed in Chicago, but of course the media blacks it out. In this case, perhaps the kid intruded on territory where he shouldn’t have been.

Gangs often use young kids as drug runners because they are rarely prosecuted if caught by the police. I wonder if this kid was operating outside his home turf, and got targeted because of it.

Yet, as last week proves, they’ll do all they can to railroad a white Marine, who interceded on a subway to stop a threatening situation, defending black and white folks.
