During the Covid years many at home projects were started, much more than usual and most of those are now done. normal market cycle as far as that goes. And yes add, presently with inflation homes/families have less extra cash to spend on non-essentials.
We upgraded our forever home over past six years. Now we do only emergency items I e our ceiling steps broke. Picked one up at lowes and observed we were one of few customers. Need a chimney repair but not leaking so will wait. I’ve noticed more ads for handyman services so perhaps the construction boom is slowing.
