Its undeniably true. There simply is no practical replacement for fossil fuels at this point. The only one that looks remotely practical as a solution to replace even part of the demand for fossil fuels - reliably and at a cost countries can actually afford to pay - is nuclear.

So naturally, the Gaia Worshipers are against nuclear too.
