Again, did your read the laws? California, DC and Colorado are three of the most liberal ballot harvesting laws. No one followed the law in this states. The vast majority of swing states sent out ballots against their state constitutions and harvested them against the law. Chain of custody was broken in everyone of these state and ballot box videos illegally deleted. It is not a game we can win unless we cheat also.

California
California law states that a person voting by mail ballot may designate another person to return the ballot if the voter cannot do so themselves and that those who return ballots on behalf of others may not receive compensation based on the number of ballots returned.

Colorado
In Colorado, vote-by-mail ballots can be delivered on a voter’s behalf by any person they choose. Only an authorized agent of the county clerk and recorder or designated election official may return more than 10 ballots.

D.C.
The law of the District of Columbia states that a voter can obtain an emergency absentee ballot due to illness, accident, or serving on a sequestered jury on Election Day, and that a designated agent—either a registered voter of their choosing or an officer of the court, in case of jury duty—may deliver the voted ballot.
