“Only a jackass lawyer and judge would say that a 2 second review of a ballot constituted a signature verification.”

Or a lawyer and judge were made offers they couldn’t refuse. I think it’s no secret that the AZ judges are owned by the cartels.

During the three days I thought the judge overly favored Kari’s side. Overruled Hobbs’ attorneys’ objections. Sustained Kari’s attorneys’ objections, and granted pretty much all of their requests.

Then I figured the fix was in before the trial started. It was too much. Later he would be able to say, “I gave them every opportunity. I was fair.”

My team is about the rule of law.

To quote a GI veteran at The Battle of Athens:

There is no law in McMinn County.

Pretending that we have the "rule of law" in this banana republic doesn't make it so, joe.

The judge noted in his ruling that there is no statutory standard for the length of time needed to male a proper verification of a signature. So how do you determine how much time is needed to do the job? What standard do you hold this against?

“What standard do you hold this against?”

Common sense and whether it is humanly possible. It’s not that hard, he looked for an escape. The judge’s lack of courage is destroying this country.

Did you look at the laws? It definitely wasn’t collecting hundreds of ballots and taking snap shots of the ballots you harvest before depositing them. There are super tight restrictions and none of them were followed.

Since the courts have ruled consistently the cheating is within the law

And do you believe that those same courts will still rule that cheating is "within the law" when a MAGA person is so accused?

Did you read the part about where i said ballot harvest where it is legal and ballot harvesting is someone other than the voter returns the ballot and that is legal in a number of states some are more liberal than others, whatever the law allows the Republicans should do it and they aren’t doing that

Did anyone really think she would win.

Not when I saw the smirk on the face of Kari's opponent and head vote counter on the eve of the election...

Yes, read the laws In various states, ballot harvesting is defined as anyone other than the voter returning the ballot to be counted some are more liberal than others and some states don’t specify who can return the ballots

Republicans are quick to allege cheating and challenging the election which has been an abysmal failure, it’s time to try something else

The Arizona statutes clearly says what the burden of proof for an election contest is. It is simply show by a preponderance of evidence that the contester received more legitimate votes than the candidate who was certified as the winner. The Arizona Supreme court sent it back down to the trial court because the briefs said they could meet the burden of proof and were not given the chance as far as the signature verification. The burden of proof was not met on remand because the expert testified ambiguously- “maybe”, “could be”, etc. That is the lawyers fault, because the expert should have been made to give an actual count of his determined illegitimate ballots with supporting testimony of exactly why he determined them to be illegitimate. If you don’t do that, the contest is over. Period. The only way the SCOTUS will take this is by writ of cert, which will only happen if the trial court prevented Kari’s people from checking the signatures to make that determination of illegitimacy or not.

“Did you read the part about where i said ballot harvest where it is legal and ballot harvesting is someone other than the voter returns”

Again, did your read the laws? California, DC and Colorado are three of the most liberal ballot harvesting laws. No one followed the law in this states. The vast majority of swing states sent out ballots against their state constitutions and harvested them against the law. Chain of custody was broken in everyone of these state and ballot box videos illegally deleted. It is not a game we can win unless we cheat also.

California
California law states that a person voting by mail ballot may designate another person to return the ballot if the voter cannot do so themselves and that those who return ballots on behalf of others may not receive compensation based on the number of ballots returned.

Colorado
In Colorado, vote-by-mail ballots can be delivered on a voter’s behalf by any person they choose. Only an authorized agent of the county clerk and recorder or designated election official may return more than 10 ballots.

D.C.
The law of the District of Columbia states that a voter can obtain an emergency absentee ballot due to illness, accident, or serving on a sequestered jury on Election Day, and that a designated agent—either a registered voter of their choosing or an officer of the court, in case of jury duty—may deliver the voted ballot.

I totally disagree with you, even if you were right, so what, you do exactly the same things as the democrats, because they were indeed ballot harvesting,

Think for one second if you can, a number of California Republicans won Congressional Seats, how did they do that.

Here is how they did it, following my strategy.

https://www.politico.com/states/california/story/2020/10/15/california-republicans-spark-national-feud-over-harvesting-ballot-boxes-1325367

Again, screw what the law says, do what is being allowed and ballot harvesting is happening and Republicans in a select few congressional districts are do it with success.

Like I said, either you want to win or you want to bitch and whine like you are doing arguing a stupid point.

“Like I said, either you want to win or you want to bitch and whine like you are doing arguing a stupid point.”

So you want us to bend the law and cheat since it it being allowed? And you’re calling my post stupid.

You know how we win, by holding Republicans, judges, and lawyers accountable and forcing free and fair elections. Like I said, we won, but they counted the votes and RINOs let them cheat.

Republicans and Democrats in the establishment have a pact. They would never give the power of the vote to the actual voters. All the fighting and in-fighting is a political show for the gullible and media.

I knew Kari could not prevail; AZ is a lost cause. I wonder what Goldwater would say about all the corruption there.

Do you think Kari would have won if most of those same-day voters had voted early? That would have avoided all the machine malfunctions. I used to be a same-day voter, but never again.

Re: 71 - All good points.

But it’s more fun the ankle biters to just scream “2020 was stolen!” and then do nothing else.

And yet that’s what we hear when our political enemies may be brought to trial. The rule of law must prevail. But then it’s a banana republic when one of oud tribe is facing legal scrutiny. I long ago figured out the game.
