Sadly, Britain has no written Constitution,, and hence no Bill of Rights. At best this can be appealed through channels to the Law Lords, (the nearest thing they have to a Supreme Court), but their decision does not have to rest on black letter law, only on currently fashionable interpretation of precedents.
