They already have that. If McCarthy had any balls he’d declare Wray in Contempt and jail his ass. The House has a nice little cell in the basement for that very purpose.

McCarthy is trying to figure out how little he can do and still maintain the approval of his conservative bloc. I’m still hoping that he’ll demonstrate some real intestinal fortitude in confronting the criminals that are taking down our country.
