Prigo on May 25th.

Makes no sense to leave a ‘captured’ land and man it with less than capable military personnel. It’s hoping that the Ukrainians won’t retake the territory. It sounds very fake.

Sounds like Prigo cut a deal with Zelenskyy.

I’ve been watching updates daily on the war. It actually does make sense because Ukraine is trying to cut off the flanks and circle the city. So he wants to get the heck out of there and get some rest.
Also Russia is finally learning how to fight a bit better. I don’t want Russia to Win...in fact, I’d like both sides to lose if possible.
But when the war started Russia was clueless. Now they are getting better. So Joe bRiben has helped Russian military improve and put our military capability at risk.

So much does these days.

That will leave Bakhmut vulnerable to Ukrainian counterattacks once the Wagner Mercenaries leave because the Russian conscripts from the Armed Forces will have to man defensive fortifications.

Why would he stay sitting on a pile of bricks?

Prigo cut a deal with Zelenskyy. Prigo wants the hell out of Ukraine and will go to Sudan.
To: marcusmaximus
I am certain the Russians report what they are doing and why to mucousmaximus.

It works both ways.
The Ukes are getting better by the say,and they're getting better training and are getting better equipped. The Russians are not getting new weapons, other than what they have already available.

It is easier to hold territory than to attack. The strategy of replacing vanguard units with less capable defensive occupiers has been going on since Ancient Rome.

What it sounds like is that the Wagner group was about to give up and run, but, they had to claim victory before getting the hell out. A fake 'partial victory' while the truth is far from what Prigo claimed. You don't leave conquered land after the military suffered so many losses. It's incomprehensible and a total lie.

Evil is destroying evil…..and the US is involved deeply…..what the West does not understand- in a war of attrition, the “ winner” is the one that loses the least.
The Ukies have lost territory, their economy, their electricity, their population, their infrastructure, the list is long

Just listening to Alexander Mercouris. He said the regular Russian army mostly supported Wagner with their artillery.
20,000 shells A DAY in much of the battle. As Bakhmut did fall that indicates he was not lying about most of his reporting. I’d say he is probably accurate on this as well.
I’m also wondering how much supplies , weapons and equipment the Ukr had to abandon, something I’ve heard little about.

That makes no sense. Not after suffering thousands dead and countless other injured or maimed. You don't fight so hard just to give it all up after claiming victory. It's a total lie that they had conquered and won. Prigo is trying to save face.

Disbarred lawyer Alexander Mercouris?
To: adorno
Russia is weak now and unable to advance further. They’ll go back to bombing women and children in the usual Russian way of war.
