The states issue birth certificates, death certificates. They define life.

The US Constitution gives no power to the Feds to define this. Only a Constitutional Amendement could legally change the status quo at the Fedeal level. There is no agreement on such a Constitutional Amendment and such an Amendment is politically impossible in our lifetime.

A Constitutional Amendment has already been passed that addresses this issue: Amendment V.

“No person shall be . . . deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law”.

The problem is we have allowed the left to define “life” into meaninglessness. A person has become just a thing that can be disposed of for any reason, or no reason.
