If I was Harrison Ford, I probably would still want the role. He probably wouldn’t want anyone else to play it, since he pretty much owns it. Even if it does suck.

Makes sense. He was 39 in the first Indiana Jones movie. Now he's 80.

Hollywood needs to make original movies. But that's too risky. So they're happy with prequels, sequels and remakes even if they suck. Because they're known brands and people will buy tickets to watch the crappy movies.
