I think Anthony Bernardi’s site is all sarcasm. From another of his blog posts -
“The curriculum taught in schools can also perpetuate racism by centering predominantly white narratives and perspectives. Textbooks and lesson plans often fail to represent the contributions and experiences of people of color accurately, leading to a Eurocentric view of history and culture that marginalizes non-white students. “
What he ignores is that many (of course not all but many) non-white cultures did not have written language. In the Americas neither Aztecs, Mayans, Incas, nor any North American tribes had a written language. I am pretty sure that holds true in most of sub-Saharan Africa, if I am wrong please LMK where there was written history before Europeans got there. So whoever writes the history has something to teach about history, has some literature to teach about, has something that was studied and written down to use as the basis for education. What am I missing.
What he ignores is that many (of course not all but many) non-white cultures did not have written language. Thanks for filling me in on the author. The irony of it all is that quite frequently the dominant or conquering culture is the one conquered by the conquered culture. Not always, but that is the attempt here: to destroy Western civilization from within.
