Infiltration is not the only coward’s game.
Surrender is too.
I did the math and the state of New York would save over a Billion dollars a year in health care benefits by intentionally killing all those people.

This parasite like the rest get away with murder
In government,
1. You often need to ask permission to sue them, in some cases they have outright laws to shield them, i.e. specific to Covid, vaccines fall into this category and big pharma is protected.
2. You have a bureaucratic veil, many of the folks responsible are name and faceless.
3. They like to use the classification system to hide. They attempt to stamp a red “Secret” on anything derogatory.
4. Decisions that could be risky are made by committee, to distribute responsibility. Or a decision maker defers to a “panel” which washes his hands of responsibility, of course that panel in 90% of the cases already knows what they are supposed to say before they even meet.
5. The legal process, appeals, etc are all slow, and usually the person responsible has already moved into a new position, retired, or is dead. Example, Fauci will be retired soon, Biden won’t be around much longer, the senior level assholes I worked for which pushed the mandates on their subordinates have all moved on or are retired...
6. Most of the senior level bureaucrats (really just mid level managers) slobbering all over their masters knob will claim “I was just following orders.” I think I heard that somewhere before, but of course when it’s us that does this, then this argument counts.
7. The DOJ (FBI, US attorneys, as well as the federal courts), FDA, CDC/NIH and IG work for the decision makers responsible. They will not be interested and see nothing wrong unless someone sticks their nose in the poop and asks them if they smell it now. In some aspects they are part of the problem i.e. Fauci and the NIH, Walensky with the CDC... You need to understand, the IG or the legal counsel in these agencies isn’t independent, they work for the managers of that organization at the various levels...
Good luck.
At BEST, if there is enough public outcry and people demand justice, they will offer up a lower tier fall guy, someone to take the blame for something somewhere. That way the angry masses are appeased. That is especially true if they have someone among their ranks who falls from favor. But the real decision makers in the corporate and government world are nearly untouchable because they all know how this game is played and the stakes were too big here to expose oneself to any sort of risk.
Now he’ll be under oath when he’s asked, among other things, why he left the Javits Center and the Navy hospital ship empty while old folks were dropping like flies in nursing homes. Hell...even Dick Levine knew enough to get his mother out of her nursing home at the very beginning
Don’t forget Michigan’s Gretchen Bitchmer...please! someone take her away! She did the same thing here.
here, let me help you as it seems you have no concept how our govt works.
The HOUSE argues over bills and when they come to consensus on a package of mostly pork filled waste, they ‘agree’ on it and send it to the SENATE. The senate will do roughly the same, adding their pounds of pork to secure votes, and once done... it gets sent to the desk of the president who signs it ‘into law’ which basically says the executive branch will enforce it.
now, for CHARGES to filed and ARRESTS to be made... it must comes from the EXECUTIVE branch.
The legislature, otherwise known as CONGRESS, cannot file charges or arrest anyone (outside of the halls of congress).
so... after a bunch of mudslinging, the members of the HOUSE will either convince some member of the EXECUTIVE branch, ie: POTUS or the DOJ, to bring CHARGES and enforce the law.
as those charges would be leveled at a GOVERNOR and a democrat governor to boot... the current controllers of the executive branch will most likely do nothing about it.
now, go back to salon and stop pretending to be a freeper.
What I’m talking about is beyond government.
Our military is under civil authority, yes, but the military also preceded civil authority, and brought it into existence. Most importantly, our military has greater physical capability than our civil agencies.
When our civil authorities fall captive to enemies of America, the military’s duty is to take action to restore authority to where it belongs. This is taking place as we speak. It is the most massive military operation ever in history.
I don’t think it comes as a surprise to you that such an operation would be covert. But the military knows that public support is their lifeblood, so part of the operation involves a level of disclosure.
Our civil government is not the final authority.
When the goverment falls captive to our enemies, as in the current circumstance, our military is duty-bound to remove the occupying force. There are enough high level individuals who take that duty seriously.
This cannot happen in a day or a year. I’m sure you have the mental capacity to understand how complex such an operation would be, including that it would need to be covert while at the same time involve a level of disclosure.
See post #29 above.
Milley will save the country?!
LOL
Ok skippy. Whatever you say.
Bottom line up front: it will require radical changes in staffing and internal policies to correct what's wrong if you want it done fast.
These things come in waves and the bureaucracies inculcate the philosophy. Just like they resisted communism, feminism, social justice and quotas, the LGBTQIA agenda, today they will resist if you try to roll some of that nonsense back.
Every bureaucrat knows it's what is expected to say, it's in their training, policies, you have peoples reputations tied to it, you're not going to fix these things except over long time spans with a gradual cultural shift as was the case with all these social philosophies being adopted across all government.
The only way you can fix things fast today is to outright decapitate the organizations (new leadership 3 levels down), force greater transparency (a buzz word used but never applied), require them to shut all the mandatory social philosophy training down. It would be messy.
What Trump did only targeted the BS mandatory training's which are full of racists and sexist junk, and that already caused for a huge outcry. To really fix it, you'd have to get rid of most of the top management in all government.
You need to realize, all the heads are political appointees and they turn hand pick most the senior level executives in all of government. Over the years all these government agencies and departments have become contaminated and under Obama, Holder/Lynch, Comey the FBI for example moved to the left culturally and became politicized in what can best be described as a landslide.
It’s clear your thinking comes from significant knowledge of the system.
I would add this analogy. Consider a valley with ten and hundred year flood zones. When the hundred year threshold is reached, major changes occur in the landscape, but don’t affect the integrity of the system. Major components remain intact.
The changes beginning to happen now to our nation’s structural system and in the world are because we’ve reached the thousand year zone. The water has not crested yet.
