I don’t think average and below average I.Q. voters will be able to understand the report and “wrap their heads around it.” It’s a lot longer than the one or two sentences they get on the Nightly Network Snooze that works for them.

That's the truth. They quickly picked up the spin of "Well, there's no arrests so they didn't find that the government did anything wrong so Trump was lying".
