She was transporting an armed felon. That makes her an accessory to whatever crime the felon committed. Shooting police officers definitely is a felony crime committed by her passenger, and it was all captured on video, so the events are "beyond reasonable doubt".
Under the felony murder rule, she could be prosecuted.
She probably won't be prosecuted for the death. She will claim she "didn't know" her passenger was carrying, and that might even be true. There is no way to establish that she had any intention of participating in any crime.
It's not like she was a getaway driver for a bank robber or something.
If there were any drugs in the car, they might nail her for that. It would be spiteful.
My guess is that she will walk away from this with only a bit of hearing loss from those gunshots across her face. She was lucky not to get hit in the crossfire.
