The managerial class in both corporations and government is out of control and can do whatever it wants and never suffers the consequences of its own bad decisions. In government they are never fired or arrested for criminal behavior unless it endangers the managerial class, and in big companies they can extract profits and drive the company into bankruptcy, keep their gains and move on to loot another company or just be bailed out by the government (SVB is the latest example).
No skin in the game.

How can corp/people conduct business when the presidency goes from communism to capitalism every few years? It’s getting ridiculous. I thought congress made all the laws? lol
