“Interfering in an election” with slanders and “spreading disinformation”... these slogans get a lot of media attention but are they crimes, or activities protected by the 1A?

Providing knowingly false information to the FBI is a crime. But she didn’t do that. It was all arms length - from the campaign and the party hacks through their lawyers through Fusion GPS to Steele and others.

You meant to be sarcastic, ... tell me the answer is “yes”.

If not, it is recommended that you should seek out your first course on the law pertaining to criminal conspiracy. Or what used to be the law.

This is my thought about HRC as well. Politicians lie constantly about themselves and each other. Obviously falls under free speech. But the FBI and DOJ?? To me their complicity is quite illegal and violates civil rights of dozens (hundreds?). Leadership of both should be charged.
