30 minute run time? I have a smallish yard, maybe 1/4 acre yet it takes me more than a half hour to cut the grass. I hate cutting grass and refuse to accept that I need to do it in stages. What a bunch of self-retarded brainwashed morons.
I hate cutting grass, but every time I fire up my gas mower, followed by my gas weed wacker and my gas blower, I get a jolt of satisfaction. Kind of makes me want to get out my gas chainsaw.
Maybe flip the breaker to your electrical system and fire up the gas-powered generator. Those should be tested from time to time. :)
I sometimes cut my grass in stages.
That is because with the 1999 John Deere 42” riding mower it takes about 2 hours IF I cut everything at once.
Of course I could put the 72” Landpride finish mower on the three point hitch of the Massey Ferguson 37HP turbo diesel compact cab tractor. However, I have my 5’ bush hog on the back of it right now.
My first DeWalt electric mower lasted a month. One of the batteries failed. Home Depot did not sell the replacement battery !!!
So Home Depot swapped out the entire machine.
I was annoyed, but that was the correct solution. The replacement machine cuts the entire yard on a single charge now.
