I don't know what to make of this character. I'm pretty sure there are Russian officers and NCO’s directing his men. I don't know what he pays his guys but they seem to be better then regular Russian units. I don't think he would still be around if Putin didn't want him around. I take everything he says with a grain of salt.

That is something never talked about he is referenced as wagoners financier, so where is he getting his finances from? I have my thoughts
