I’ve noticed an increasing number who are not bi-lingual. I own a restaurant in Nashville and we’ve been getting more in lately who have new cell phones and use a translation app to order. I suspect they are being issued the phones at the border, taught how to use the app, and released to the interior.
At my tiny restaurant in Franklin I notice all the Door Dash drivers etc can’t speak English
