I would be willing to but as a home based business with no storefront i not sure it would have much impact. Joining or donating to a lawsuit would likely be more effective. Also if you shut down would you still pay employees (if you have any). Not sure it is fair to hurt them any further in the current economy

The 3/5s compromise should be taught with pride to black kids as the non-slave states asserting the humanity of the slaves. Slave states couldn’t simultaneously enslave them, and also count them as citizens deserving representation.
Every person collecting reparation must be tested for Caucasian genes.
The presence of White genes voids the application
The genes are the reparations.
Simply refuse to pay the tax.

Organize.
Set a start date.
Communicate that 50%-75% of the area businesses will be participating starting on that date.
Communicate that there will also be absolutely nothing paid out for that week for overhead and 3rd party vendors, not even wages.
Communicate to employees that the powers are forcing this situation and it is all on them if the powers do not change their tune.
The result will be angry customers, vendors, and employees will be knocking down the doors of City Hall to make them stop their idiotic plan before the businesses shut down.
And they will, and they will never mention the same idiocy again ever. The only way to stop this cancer of society is to hit them hard and make it hurt to get their attention.
And once down successfully, it will be a case of “Remember Denver?, We will organize and do the same exact thing if you don’t back off this concept.”
The businesses hold all the power. They just have to squash their own personal greed for a week to make a permanent and lasting change and example. Even in home businesses. Hit the customers and they will in turn hit the powers.
Trust me... It will work... But everyone is too greedy to do it even once to set the example.

If our Constitution were followed and defended in court that would definitely be true.
And same with all the 1955 onward anti-discrimination laws. When equal rights are buried for the growth of the poisonous tree of equity there are evil consequences.

Only because of pure greed over principle. The powers that be absolutely know how to use our own greed against us. All their power comes from this greed. The thing they fear most is if we could actually control our own greed, it would scare the hell out of them if we were able to do it just one time with substantial results. One time with a solid effort shows them we can and will do it again if needed.

The other way is to look at what is not in the Constitution.
