He was a lawyer in the military. Stop the bull s**t.
There are other things that when as a whole, don't sit well with me, and these are just a few of many examples:
1. He said the most inspirational person he's ever met was Bush 41.
2. His support for US Military intervention in Ukraine.
3. DeSantis has enjoyed strong support from John Bolton for his support of hawkish policies and now appears to have backed away from that. So, which is it?
4. He has support from David MacNeil of DACA fame.
5. Hedge fund billionaire Ken Griffin is one of his biggest donors. He is head of Citadel, ramping up its presence in China and Asia.
There are many more things. The bottom line, he seems cagey and less than forthcoming, as if he doesn't want to make a mistake. I don't trust this behavior because I believe that if a person has principles, they don't have to obscure anything or direct questions to their campaign office.
He may have been a lawyer, but he was one that volunteered to serve in a combat zone. It’s always the middle class guy doing the work billionaires’ kids won’t do.
