Below is an interesting analysis of potential problems for Putin based on current information from a video interview with Diane Frances a member of the Atlantic Council and a journalist. One detail of this fairly long video is her comment about the potential effect of large numbers of refugees from Kursk and Belgorod, some 80 villages each, as they wander through Russia. Can you imagine the embarrassment to Putin as perhaps 1/4 million refugees call family and friends to ask, “Can you spare a room for me, pleeeze?” The 1/4 million figure comes from a video analysis by Constantine (don’t have his link, sorry).
