Unfortunately, Congress polices itself!
To do otherwise is a ‘separation of powers’ issue and therefore unconstitutional. It’s the voter who has the last word (as they should!) and should care about these things. Guess what? They don’t! Particularly not in California.
Obviously they don't: Feinstein, Pelosi, Boxer before them, Newsome now. And let's not forget Kama-lama-ding-dong.
