Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) signed legislation Friday that prohibits credit card companies from tracking gun sales in Florida.
His office posted an announcement to the Florida Governor’s home page saying, “Today, Governor Ron DeSantis signed Senate Bill (SB) 7054 and SB 214 to protect the personal finances of Floridians from government overreach and woke corporate monitoring.”
The post noted, “SB 214 prohibits credit card companies from using firearm-specific Merchant Category Codes and institutes a fine for violations of Florida’s consumer protections against gun owner registries.”

People seem to forget what kind of swamp Broward County and Miami Dade used be before Ron. They had been election problem areas since 2000.

Just because dems didnt have blatant fraud in florida in 2020 doesnt mean dems arent trying and succeeding in unnoticed ways, its what they do. Little spots of cheating their way into a few key spots and next you know you got Az type steals happening. Its what they did decades ago to make dem stronghold cities in most states. Makes it easier to sway national and state elections.
Every state is going downthe toilet unless they get diligent and fight the fraud. Like Paxton said inthat video clip recently from some leaders summit on how TX stopped the steal prior to 2020. Tons of effort but they stopped it while Other key states didnt bother or fight hard enough.
I agree. It takes eternal vigilance to keep democrat fraud at bay. That’s why Ron’s great track record with the FL 2020 and 2022 elections matters.

Actually Florida passed election reform legislation after the 2020 elections and DeSantis signed it.
Hope that doesn’t include bumpstocks or trump will have to call him names.

He signed the election reform law as mentioned. In 2018 the Broward county election supervisor was fired but that was under Rick Scott. The firing wasn't official until after DeSantis was in office so he accepted her resignation. DeSantis also fired the Palm Beach county election supervisor. These two were responsible for 90% of the chicanery in Florida, getting rid of them went a long way towards getting rid of the corruption.
You'll notice that in the 2020 election Florida went smoothly with none of the escapades from democrats of the prior years. Most of that was due to DeSantis and the legislature passing election reform. Unfortunately the same couldn't be said for several other states where dems have rigged the elections.
