You forget: The Speaker of the House back then was the despicable Paul Ryan, who would damned sure have blocked any such legislation from coming to a floor vote.

The sad news is that the Dung Beetles stole the Senate with corruption in 2022 and that bill doesn’t mean Jack. The retarded Millies and Zeros sent back more banana boater voter mail in ballots than the American side did.
This cynicism will completely bring defeat. And don’t bother to go out vote because the Dems will just steal and cheat. Just don’t do a damned thing because we are all beaten.

There were 300 Votes against Obamacare, but when it mattered, they voted very differently.
The sweeping border security and immigration bill passed by a vote of 219-213. Two Republicans, Reps. Thomas Massie of Kentucky and John Duarte of California, joined all Democrats in voting against the legislation.
