Let’s see how all this plays out. My child is a General Manager running a Wendy’s. They struggle to get workers and the ones they get are drug addled, ex-cons, and ghetto all along with the drama they bring. Going out to the back to smoke weed, drinking on the job, getting into fights with custuomers, an occasional illegal gun or two. He ends up working 70+ hour weeks because these scum don’t show up for work. This is an upper middle class area.

Wendy’s better increase their robots.

My non-drinking, non-drug using teen daughter tried applying at Wendy's. They told her she had to go on-line. She applied on-line. Radio silence. Now, she has little experience, but couldn't they bring her in for an interview?

The restaurant business always ends up being a 60+ hour work week in a managerial position!! I spent my life in the business, manager, regional manager, owner, you have to REALLY have a passion for the business to stay!! You can move up the ladder VERY QUICKLY if you work hard, BUT it is VERY HARD WORK!!
