I think the moderator Kaitlan Collins, did a competent job however she was very interruptive trying to get HER point across of the “research” SHE did... continuously so, which reminded me of somebody who was trying to take a lot of credit when her job was not to take credit but was to ask responsible questions.

At one point she reminded me of an auctioneer talking real fast to get HER points across. The town hall was not about her. She asked fairly good questions, but didn’t believe the answers even with when presented with factual answers that were backed up with documentation.

If she does another town hall with another candidate, let’s say a Democrat... will she “softball” the questions? If Caitlin Collins does hold back and play softball with a Democrat candidate she will lose a lot of credibility.

This could be her moment on the MSM scene. By simply applying equal informed intensity to all candidates from both sides. Not doing so would overtly broadcast that she is merely another propagandist shill.

CNN got their money’s worth. Trump stated earlier that CNN needed a ratings boost and Trump was keen on helping them acheive a bump... that’s the businessman in him.

CNN got a one time ratings boost, but showed themselves to be biased propaganda in the process. I think Trump took the MAGA middle road while CNN showed themselves to be liberal Democrat shills.
