The Clinton’s and Obama support the DNC. They fundraise for them and encourage others to do the same. The Bidens just take, and take, and take, and still expect the DNC to carry their water.

Probably because Biden was doing it so ham-fisted that Obama wanted no part of it. Barry had professionals that knew how to launder money through non-profits, NGO's, etc. Biden used his own family to do it. Barry was bringing far more and doing it in a way that insulated him from investigation.
