And agricultural commodity futures continue to increase. Emphasis on ‘futures’. The prices of futures contracts converge to the spot market price on the expiration date of the contracts.

Once again we are being gaslighted. Even if inflation drops to the holy grail of 2% that doesn’t change the fact that the last 30 months have happened. Bringing inflation back to 2%, is simply just relative to the prices that have already skyrocketed. We are being lied to. EVERYDAY. NONSTOP.

The budget deficit is an extraneous subject, though related to why we have inflation.
