Although they may use something else, I believe yesterday’s ruling will give them the excuse to keep him off their primary ballots.

The GOP primaries are their own game. The rules to that game wi!l be whatever the GOP wants them to be.

The GOP simply cannot allow Trump to go into the convention leading the delegate count and the on!y way to avoid that is to keep him off the ballots

I doubt a civil conviction for battery green lights a removal from any state’s ballot.

Wasn’t yesterday’s ruling a civil ruling, not a criminal one? Can a candidate be kept off the ballet because he lost a civil case?
