I’m betting Trumps lawyers have documentation showing that he wasn’t even in NY on the date in question. Any business person at that level has voluminous documentation of their whereabouts for every hour of every day (calendars, itineraries, etc.) and keep them forever for just this reason.
If the accuser doesn't have a date and time, it's a fraud.
And the deliberately chose not to introduce evidence that cleared him in court? They deliberately wamt him to lose?
