Ok, gotta say that’s not a bad list of favorite foods. In fact I like all that stuff. If you’re in a position to eat what you like, go for it.
If I ate that many carbs I would not move things through for a week. at my age I have to stick with fruits & veggies. I have a biscuit for breakfast with eggs and occasional sausage patty. COFFEE! I’m going on 90.
