We left inner city Rottenchester in 1994. Never looked back... although I still go to Olindo’s on Lyell Ave which is on the Gates border and do some shopping in Henrietta.
We are strongly considering leaving NY altogether with Gov Ratface outlawing gas appliances. Hubby is an HVAC guy and has about 10 yrs before retiring.
SE Alabama is looking better and better.
I should say SW Alabama. We like Biloxi as well.

Exhibit 2 - Location of the Soccer Stadium. Awful parking, a sketchy area. But David Gantt had a lot of influence. The stadium should have been built out near Elmgrove - soccer franchises would have had a chance.
