Where’s the Corona?
Corona is the only reason it’s even mentioned in the US.
Celebrating consumerism, eh?
I don’t think it’s really mentioned much in Mexico. It seems to be a day brewers use to market beer (sort of like St. Patricks day).
Corona and Modelo are both Transheiser Busch products. Doubt they are going broke today.
Mexicans drink Modelo. By the truckload. It was, up to recently, the No. 2 best selling beer in the US, after Bud Light. That may change now.
