Which POTUS was as successful as Trump? Look at what Trump accomplished:
Who the heck can accomplish the above in four years while being impeached twice and investigated by Obama's Weaponized Agencies?
No, much of her point was that he had substituted that people in FL are only free of Covid mandates, Covid this, and Covid that, whereas the WHO is on track to claim jurisdiction for whatever emergency they might imagine, with planned jurisdiction over all of us—including FL.
“SB 252 did originate a few days before SB 222”
Because 222 got held up in committee, languishing, while certain Rs paniced and quickly pushed through 252, which is abhorrent.
Tremendous difference between them.
For one, 252 ONLY applies to Covid. Future pandemics can still result in lockdowns and forced vaccinations, and vaccine passports.
222 does away with them period, end of story. The next gov can’t mandate experimental vaccines, or lockdowns, with 222.
252 most definitely has Big Pharma support, and soon OpenSecrets website will list those who just got an influx of their money.
It’s a bait-and-switch, and Rs need to hang their heads in shame.
I still don't see any evidence at all that DeSantis even knows about these two bills, though, so his 'guilt by association' (seeing as he's the governor, I guess), is still not a valid claim as I see it. That was 9YearLurker's initial blanket statement that stated this discussion. If there is any proof of this, I'd sure like to see it. Honestly.
This kind of shananigans, if that's what is indeed going on here, is all too common in legislatures large and small. The old phrase about making sausage comes to mind. As far one having BigPharma support over the other and those other negatives, can you provide any links, articles, etc. that expound on this? Besides Dr. Ruby. I would be interested in discussing this with Joe Gruters at the next opportunity.
I already gave you this link on the guv’s website that summarized it, taking credit for it, back in January:
That’s not what I’m asking for.
What I’m looking for is articles that provide the analysis that makes the conclusion that, because DeSantis spoke strictly of covid, that’s all he’s interested in protecting us from, and is deliberately leaving the door wide open for all his globalist patrons at the WHO, as you claim.
Or did you just come up with that conclusion on your own?
The bill introduced in the legislature was not Covid specific.
DeSantis came up with and is pushing an alternative bill that strictly applied only to Covid.
What else are you looking for?
What I’m looking for is proof of what you keep alleging. Proof that DeSantis is behind the whole covid thing. So far all we have is your unfounded and unproven accusation.
Stop playing dumb. Cards on the table, or fold.
I didn’t say DeSantis is behind the whole Covid thing, you silly (I say generously). Go back and read my posts again if you must.
Yes, you most certainly did. Earlier in this thread, you stated:
"much of her point was that he had substituted that people in FL are only free of Covid mandates, Covid this, and Covid that". "He" being Governor DeSantis.
You also said flat-out:
"DeSantis came up with and is pushing an alternative bill that strictly applied only to Covid..
Those are your own words, which you have apparently forgotten. Go back, read them and refresh your memory.
Anyway, this all brings us back full circle, where you originally said:
"DeSantis is essentially handing Floridians over to Tedros and the WHO."
Another blanket statement, made without any proof whatsoever. Ipse dixit. This is sort of silliness (I say generously) that one expects to find on Democrat Underground. Conservatives do better. Or in your case, need to.
I assume you’re familiar with this site..?
https://healthfreedomflorida.com/
I did see one piece that Desantis is familiar with the 222/252 matter, but chose not to endorse either. Will try to find it...
Nonsense, Joe. Back away from the Kool-Aid.
Given his accomplishments, and yes, that included good actions on the part of the state legislators and many others, you simply think it's some sort of massive, orchestrated kabuki theatre?
You can't be serious.
An enormous amount of people here in Florida would say you're wrong. And they'd be right.
