the hospital they went to is Atlanta’s only level 1 trauma center as reported by both ch. 11 and ch. 2.
I think the shooting location was a medical office building, not a real hospital. Grady Hospital, whose ambulance I saw in one of the pics, and which is nearby, is a top-rate trauma center. Fort Benning sends people to train there. Great place to get stabilized, then ship out to a better hospital for full recovery.

Because one is now a crime scene and on lockdown with a shooter that could very well still be in the building.
