America’s descent to hyper-partisanship has led to blindness, especially about our elections. The Left has become the nothing-to-see-here crowd, where every election is rainbows and butterflies. They tell us that elections are free from any blemish, any ineligible voters, and any flaws at all.
But the Left’s willful blindness is sometimes met with fanciful fears. Consider the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC).
Before I first wrote about ERIC a number of years ago, pretty much nobody had ever heard of them. At the time, I pointed out that this interstate compact was formed by a fellow ex-DOJ Voting Section attorney, David Becker. Becker is a bright, entrepreneurial liberal who has built several establishmentarian institutions with election officials and pundits. All of them skew left and cancel or ignore any opposing viewpoints.
He is also the Godfather of ERIC. To some, that makes Becker the close ally of Satan himself. (RELATED: MICHAEL FAULKENDER: A Down Payment On Fiscal Sanity)
This is all the more curious because ERIC is primarily a data sharing organization among member states. It examines voter rolls, identifies cross state duplicates, runs death data against state rolls, and reports back to the member states.

Its all propaganda.
ERIC is a leftist tool and THERE ARE ALTERNATIVES!
The idea that multiple families living at the same address can be attributed to a college dorm at an Historically Black College is specious!
The actual examples show they are vacant lots or an unoccupied office.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^ YES. THAT. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Sharing this country with the Commie left is like being married to the girl screwing your best friend in the next room. Just not a good way out of an intolerable situation.

Okay, I’ll take you’re word on it, since I have very limited knowledge of it. Please give examples of other alternative software. I have only heard of ERIC.

Is ERIC robust enough to point out anymore than there are multiple voters listed at a certain address? Is it able to identify what type of structure, if any, is at that address or does it then require further investigation to determine if the address and voters listed there are legitimate? In other words is this a case of ERIC being too limited?
I’m not defending ERIC either way because I only recently became aware of it. I do believe that a system that can automate pulling and cross referencing state voter and property data to check for fraud is vital.

ERIC is only as 'robust' as users want it to be. Nobody feeds it the information from other databases, to enable the best possible scrub.
It is a fig leaf to pretend the comparisons are being made when they are not.
As for 'alternatives', this is not the opportune time to paint a target on the best replacement. Sounds cheesy, but its true.
