Russia launched another wave of mass strikes at the Ukrainian capitol of Kyiv overnight on Monday, but air defenses took down the cruise missiles and explosive drones, according to Ukraine.

Ukraine’s General Staff of the Armed Forces said on Facebook that Russia launched 18 missiles overnight across the country and 15 of the rockets were shot down by air defenses.

Thank goodness nothing was hit.

So the Ruskies are batting below the Mendoza line (.167).
“Ukraine says it intercepted 15 Russian missiles over Kyiv...”
Are they saying that Russia shot down 15 Ukraine jets with missiles? Kinda like saying I stopped his fist with my face.
Except for ammo dumps, etc. They intercepted the missiles.

Crimea Revenge, Russian missiles hit weapons supplies for Ukrainian troops in Pavlograd
Am waiting for some SOBs to sneak in a Nuke to the Ukrainians so they can send it into Russia.
That’ll get it going for sure.
The war hens on here are all for nuclear escalation.
I wonder just how large the Pavlograd blast was.
30 solid fuel icbms. Each weighing about one hundred tons. Figure (wild guess) half of that is fuel, factor in that probably only about one fourth detonated in the largest blast (maybe similar similar to Pepcon where most of the material was flung around undetonated) gives say....375 tons of fuel going up in the main blast?
These are all wild guesses. Hopefully knowledgeable FReepers will weigh in on all the variables.

Brian Berletic notes that the hoho claims of shooting down most Russian missiles and drones are not consistent with the levels of damage being inflicted by those attacks.
