If he doesn’t I’ll bet the Judge issues a Warrant. It’s really, really stupid to defy a Judge like this. They have immense power to compel appearance. The DoJ will be investigating this judge by the end of the week.

First thing that went through my mind. Either that, or convenient visits from Biden’s FBI to intimidate the judge’s friends and family until the order is rescinded. No way Hunter Biden will appear. He’s a degenerate and genuinely awful person. Those people are above the law.
