The FTC is being weaponized against ICE here because the CEO's wife had been appointed to the U.S. Senate. Note that ICE is headquartered in Atlanta, and BKI is in Florida, but the case was filed in San Fransicko.

It's good that they are challenging at least part of the FTCs unconstitutionality, but I'm betting the judge was specifically selected to rule in favor of the Left in all things.
