Efforts to Begin Recalling Katie Hobbs Can Start in June, But Face Uphill Battle
The Arizona Sun Times ^ | April 30, 2023 | Rachel Alexander

There’s a lot of chatter on social media about recalling Katie Hobbs from the Arizona Governor’s Office since many believe she won due to election fraud. Some groups are raising money to fund an organized recall effort. One of the recall efforts is located on the website ArrestHobbs. Just the News featured a recall effort run by the Arizona chapter of Americans Against Mail in Voting. A third recall effort is active on Twitter.

We have done the math. We only need to organize 700 signing events to get the signatures we need to recall Hobbs. https://t.co/iL7cYGJ8sP

However, the recount cannot begin until June 23, and will require collecting close to 800,000 signatures within four hot months mostly over the summer in order to succeed. Jennifer Wright, an expert on Arizona election law and practicing elections attorney, shared the legal hurdles a successful recall requires. She told The Arizona Sun Times, “Due to the immense effort and cost required by state law, which makes successful statewide recalls like this virtually impossible, diverting millions of dollars that could be expended on targeted pre-election litigation seems counterproductive.”

There's no sitting on the sidelines if this recall is going to happen. It's things like this that we have to come together on and work enthusiastically to achieve.

Should be a lot easier now that Hobbs ignited Tamalegate. Her base fit to be tied.

They have called it an uncertifiable election so it belongs to Kari Lake.

The article is an agitprop piece designed to demoralize any recall attempt.

It’s not difficult at all. The recall of Newsom was organized twice in CA during his lockdowns. Paid and volunteer signature gatherers were out there in summer and fall. Admittedly it wasnt Phoenix in July, but you dont have to be outdoors: lots of indoor spaces that are all air conditioned in Arizona. It aint like ‘68 when Mom and I went door to door for Nixon in August.

It would also be nice to recall the other frauds Fontes and Maes, but the focus needs to be on Hobbs. For now.

Following the CA and MI plans, expect recall signatures to be corrupted by (oops!) leftist companies collecting signatures that happen to be just enough spoiled by fake and bad signatures to fall underneath whatever threshold is needed.

Set up trusted firms to achieve signature collection and assume right now that anything vulnerable to corruption will be attacked.

You guys already know this from watching the steal machine accidentally botch up machines in every district leaning red, and none in solid blue areas.

As Sundance cited Neal Oliver stating yesterday, the power belongs to the people who are willing to do what the other side won’t. Back in WW2 we were willing (among other things) to firebomb a whole city, condemn one of ours to destruction to keep the ability to decode the enemy transmissions, and nuke two whole cities to win. We were even more ruthless than genocidal Nazis and imperial Japanese. Consider how much would have been spared if that spine had been shown before it was too late.

Hopefully, Arizonians will join together and kick her racist, commie ass out. She stole the governorship of Arizona.

“Set up trusted firms to achieve signature collection and assume right now that anything vulnerable to corruption will be attacked.”

What does “set up trusted firms” mean?

If it involves getting off our fat asses, volunteering and getting out to collect so many signatures the left can’t derail it, I’m all for it.

Also if the recall succeeds, they can say it was “unexpected,” and that “election experts are surprised.”

“”the power belongs to the people who are willing to do what the other side won’t.””

“It’s not the people who vote that count, it’s the people who count the votes.”

The evening of the Kalifornia recall, Newsom announced he had won about 2 minutes after the polls had closed. There were still millions of ballots that had been dropped off on election day, but ‘the ones counting the votes’ declared the winner. About a week before the recall election, Newsom announced that the ballot could be printed off the internet. The reason given was to ensure ‘access.’ Newsom had probably already stuffed all the drop-off boxes.

I hope Arizona can successfully kick their creep out of office.

Would you like to explain? A lot of people have no idea what you are talking about. I live in Phoenix and I have never heard of “Tamalegate”.

Gathering the needed signatures isn’t going to be that hard. Everyone knows the election was stolen

Being involved in defending Scott Walker in 2012 recall- the advantage is heavy in favor of incumbent

In a recall the incumbent can raise unlimited amount of $$

in 2020 a recall petition was put up to recall Tony Evers. It fell short but Evers raised millions which was used in 2022 to smear Tim Michels

Best is to focus on obstructing her regime at all turns and come out more committed in 2026

The Cartels will never let her be recalled, they have invested too much in bribes to let it happen.

It can happen. Chesa Bodin, the DA of San Francisco was recalled - along with three school board members.

BUT, I’ve noticed in California the lefties are on to recalls before they even start up - the sane voters of Los Angeles have been trying to recall criminal-friendly DA George Gascon for at least two years - but every time the required number of signatures is gathered and presented to the “committee” - there is ALWAYS something wrong with the signatures - and enough “fraudulent” signatures are “found” to null and void the entire petition - has happened at least twice that I know of. Not sure if there is an ongoing third effort.

What I mean is that your hard work will be undone if the campaign is spoiled by individuals or organizations that submit spoiled pages. Here all the best GOP candidates were thrown out: https://www.huffpost.com/entry/michigan-governor-gop-candidates-disqualified_n_62909069e4b05cfc2698a146

(Sorry for HuffPost link but it’s got the info)

If I’m the bad actor in the petition drive I just go about collecting real signatures but make sure every page had the name of a dead person or a fictional name or some other disqualification. Thousands of people wanting the right thing annulled; and of course the Democrats involved in reviewing petitions know just what to look for on my spoiled pages.

You, the good actor, collect lots of good petitions … but if your movement trusts in the apparent total they may find out too late that they’ve been sabotaged.

(In the MI episode of course appeals were fruitless. Remaining was a RINO who managed to say trigger words to get the abortion fanatics riled up (yea oops, sure) and now the communist gov, SOS, and AG remain and are bolstered by a “historic” Democrat state Congress.)

So collect lots yes, but watch out who is running your effort and who is working “with” you.

I would go so far as to say if Hobbs can’t be recalled, Trump can’t win.
