That will never happen. He will get off with a fine, suspended sentence and probation., if charges are ever filed.

I believe they will work out some kind of plea agreement with him by information, not indictment. It will be for lesser charges that minimize any exposure of the President to a “scandal” - likely taxes.

Biden will pardon his son. At this point, what difference will it make? They will point out that Trump pardoned people in his inner circle as well (albeit for far less serious things). You can take this to the bank. If for some reason, Biden were to leave prior to the end of his term, Kamala or whomever steps in afterwards will pardon him and I sincerely doubt he gets a sentence of any kind beyond probation.

“Justice” as we once knew it, and perhaps Turley still believes in it, is dead. They have divided the nation in every way possible and the courts act accordingly.

Oh, and you forgot, immunity from any charges that may not be outlined in whatever penny ante charges he may cop to.
