I’m quite experienced and I do not believe I can accurately aim for a leg in that scenario, nor would I. Empty mag Center of Mass, if the dirtbag is still moving, toss another mag in and repeat. Especially if the thug has a firearm.
Your husband has failed in his duties if he has never at least taken you to the range once, even on a .22. My wife hates anything bigger then .22, but damn well knows how to use the home defense firearms. Every training class I have enrolled in, I have brought her as well.

I suggest some thinking and a lot of training for you. I'm a girl, my boss gave me 3 months to mull over the "killing someone" part. Just winging the bad guy only makes it worse for you.

I see illegals in my hospital ER all the time. Hordes of them and this is in southern NJ. No insurance and they speak little or no English and brother, you and I are paying for this.
