If he can be connected to the uncertified slate of electors it’s a whole new ball game, and honestly I think that’s what they’re trying to do. Willis will hand over her notes to Smith as part of his investigation.
The uncertified slate of electors could be used to charge him w/ perpetrating a fraud against the United States (in federal court).
But remember, this isn’t just about PDJT. Rudy was a target, and it looks like a large part of the GOP leadership in the state of Georgia.
