The only thing he can be counted upon to do at all times with 100% consistency and uncanny skill is, when he gets the opportunity, subtly but publicly to insult and degrade people he considers to be aligned against him politically.
Two examples are when he was checking his watch when the bodies of the twelve marines killed in Kabul in 2021 were being removed from the back of an Air Force C-17 in Dover, Delaware.
The second example that comes to mind is whatever insulting thing he did to hurt the feelings of the presumed Trump viters suffering in Palestine, Ohio in the wake of the train derailment and conflagration.
