On the other hand, urban voting in state-wide and national elections has long been suspect. Abnormally large “turn-out”, boxes of ballots being “discoverd”, delays in counting, and prolonged recounts often occur.
I forgot to mention that the idiotic analysis is admissable in court for proving fraud.
