The problem with election fraud claims is that the evidence is commonly hidden by those running the election and can be missed if not investigated properly by people who have the expertise and unfettered, compulsory access to election records and workers -- which is rarely permitted.

Excellent point. The Highly Successful Cyber Ninja audit in Arizona proved exactly that. President Trump was quick to point this out but was silenced by the MSM especially Fox.

For example, suppose a home inspector is hired to inspect my house. But I absolutely refuse him access to my basement. Based on what he was allowed to see, the home inspector says that my house is in excellent condition. But is it really?

Or like a store owner claiming there is no shoplifting in his establishment but refuses to audit his inventory.

Biden won by 17 points and over a million votes in Illinois, that’s not a cheating margin. Again, please use some common sense. You can stuff a few thousand ballot boxes, and register and vote for tens of thousands of dead or illegal alien voters, and Illinois is still a safe, easy Biden win.

One should never assume that someone you hire is actually on your side.

There will be some independent researcher who will prove that the consultant’s conclusions are bullshit.

It’s kind of like a public defender. You can pretty much assume that he is working with the prosecutor; and not for you.

Even if you are paying your defense attorney, you can’t assume they are working for you. Example #1, General Flynn’s first attorneys. They put him into bankruptcy, which forced him to make a plea deal; when they could have had the charges dismissed because the stature was unconstitutional and no one had been successfully been prosecuted under that stature in the 150+ years it had been on the books.

Even worse, election contest legal remedies have such limited scope and compressed time frames that they are usually illusory in nature. The result is that the judicial system often becomes an accomplice to election misconduct.

[M]eaning, “we shredded all the evidence so stop asking”.

That is exactly right.
