It's beyond silly think meeting with foreign leaders in any way enhance his foreign policy credentials.

He has no experience in foreign policy. He flip-flopped on the Ukraine war and destroyed his credibility on the topic.

There is no chance he can compete with Trump on the issue. Trump has been President and foreign policy was one of his strengths.
