Today you’ll find two new #TwitterFiles threads out, one by longtime Racket contributor Matt Orfalea, and another by Andrew Lowenthal, who worked for 18 years defending digital rights at EngageMedia and watched activists in his space slowly be absorbed by what we’re now calling “The Censorship-Industrial Complex.”
The two new threads collectively show the wide political range of revelations in the #TwitterFiles material, which have been slandered — absurdly — as a partisan exercise. Lowenthal, who in his “Insider’s Guide to ‘Anti-Disinformation’” describes himself as a “progressive-minded Australian,” printed a series of exchanges between journalists who attended a summer “tabletop exercise” at the Aspen Institute about a hack-and-leak operation involving Burisma and Hunter Biden, weeks before the actual event. When the actual scandal broke not long after, the existence of that tabletop exercise clearly become newsworthy, but none of the journalists present, who included David Sanger of the New York Times and current Rolling Stone editor Noah Schactman — said a word. Perhaps, as was common with anti-disinfo conferences, the event was off the record. (We asked, and none of the reporters commented). It doesn’t matter. Lowenthal showed how another “anti-disinformation” conference featured the headline speaker Anthony Blinken. He’s currently suspected of having “triggered” the infamous letter signed by 50 intelligence officers saying the Hunter Biden laptop story had the “classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”

I wonder how many conservatives, especially Donald Dems, are still banned on Twitter.
BTW, if folks are interested in the censorship-industrial complex, they should take a real good look at the companies the enemedia are using to run the comments sections on articles on their websites.
Many outlets don’t do it in-house anymore.

It’s amazing that those groups such as “Hamilton68” were given so much credence by every media source when their conclusions were based upon such flimsy evidence. For instance, one Twitter account was deemed “Russian influencer” simply because they tweeted at night (U.S time). When the twitter account holder was uncovered, it turns out he works the night shift as a nurse at a hospital in Indiana. THAT’s the reason he tweeted mainly at night.

One more hint...
Take a look at who your enemedia outlets, the local ones in particular, are hiring.
Pay special attention attention to the resumes, if the info is available.
See how many used to work for government.

I believe you are correct. That’s why things seem to be moving so much faster as every day there is another obvious move by the deep state to position themselves to win.
For instance, think back over the past few years of all the objective journalists who have been removed from even publishing guest articles at media sites. Matt Taibbi, Glenn Greenwald, Bari Weiss, John Solomon, Greg Jarrett, just to name a few. Now they are going after the few conservative sites and forcing them to get rid of their moderate or conservative reporters. People such as Victor Davis Hanson are finding themselves limited as to who will publish their opinion pieces. More and more of the objective investigative reporters or conservative writers are having to create their own websites.
Soon we will not be able to get anything except the government-approved narrative from any site as the government will deem those sites “mis-information” whose exposure should be limited. Also, History is being re-written even today on issues such as the government’s response to Covid, Russia-gate, or many other stories.
These people are in it to win and their goal is to suck all the money possible out of our nation before destroying it or handing it over to Chinese control.
