He has no pressing business. It’s all a con game to make him appear “Presidential” which is not working. Candidates, which he claims he’s not, usually do this to look like they are sharpening their foreign policy skills. Even Trump did it in 2016 when he went to Mexico. The think with the DeSantis acolytes, is that they are trying to spin this as legitimate Florida business when it’s just theater in DeSantis’ part. The problem is, DeSantis has no presence about him. He’s getting terrible advice because he’s essentially running against the President of the United States in the primary, and he’s going to lose the eye test every time with the public.
